Case Study: DocResponse


The Challenge

To create an engaging and effective symptom checker website for the staff at DocResponse.


The Approach:

Doc Response needed a design that perpetuated a positive user experience for their website while keeping their current CMS. The website and symptom checker app would need to work flawlessly across all devices. Additional help on marketing objectives was also a requirement. Magic Logix conceptualized a new website and symptom checker app based on scalable code and proposed a new marketing strategy based off of search objectives.


The Solution:

Magic Logix built a custom responsive website in WordPress 4.0 and used PHP, CSS3 and HTML5. Patients can now easily find, research and view potential symptom diagnosis. The web app code was updated with new algorithms/features such as social login, while the homepage lets the user choose type and place of ailment to begin diagnosis. Magic Logix also took on a marketing consulting role to meet search and social objectives.



In addition to helping users diagnose their symptoms, DocResponse also aims to educate by providing a vast index of ailments which defines each possible condition.
